A lot of work has been postponed because of the lockdown. As a response to this, Odette has developed a way of organizing events online with the help of her clients. Now more than ever she tailors the content to the online participant. This means that she still offers a total concept for conferences. What’s new is that she’s now also working with technical suppliers and moderators. You can now choose between two types of events:
- hybrid event: part is in-person and part is interactive online.
- online event: participants are online and speakers are online or in-person.

When you team up with Odette Organises, you can make use of a smart and innovative registration system. With this system she can set up the ideal registration process using the conference’s own design style. This registration system can be deployed in any language.

The registration form is linked to the landing page. This secure registration form collects:

Odette Organises produces badges in the conference’s own design. Delegate information is easily extracted from her smart system. Scanners and printers for on-site badge printing can be arranged if so desired.
Evaluation using the smart system
Odette Organises draws up the delegate evaluation and distributes it after the conclusion of the conference. She presents the results in a clear and concise report.
